Clanmaurice Captin Patrice Diggin visited the school recently with the Agnes O’Farrelly Cup. This was won by Clanmaurice in the All-Ireland Intermediate Camogie Club final, where they defeated Ahascragh Caltra at Croke Park.
Partice spoke to the children about her experience in Croke Park and about the importance of training and spoke of the budding talent she saw in the school in camogie, hurling and football.
Patrice is no stranger to Ballyduff NS, having been our EAL Teacher in 2022/23.
