Senior Infants have been exploring and learning about 2D and 3D shapes recently. They really enjoyed using these new Nexus Magnetiles. These Magnetiles allowed the children to explore the relationship between 2D and 3D shapes.
They also built items collaboratively using their imaginations. Each group then presented their finished work to the class and explained the rationale behind their designs. From space stations to houses, the class built wonderful pieces. Watch this space Dermot Bannon!!
