Congratulations to our Camogie team for coming second in the county today in Abbeydorney.
The girls played two matches in their group against, Glenderry and Kilmoyley and were victorious in both.
They then progressed to the final where they played Sliabh a’Mhadra, who were the group winners from the other group.
The final was a close game with all players showing great skill, however, we were defeated by a point, to finish in second position.
The team members were presented with silver medals to mark their achievement.
Special thanks to our school camogie trainers; Ms. Patrice Diggin (Teacher) and Eilish Kirby (Parent), for their time, expertise and words of wisdom.
